The whole process was terrible. They had 11 people interview me from 9am to noon in a panel style where they all asked the same bad questions. The questions were more about how I would do things and not about me or the fit for the job. They actually did not even know the job title yet and said multiple times that this would be vague for awhile. They asked me to send examples of my work and then said the ideas were good and would only take notes when I said something they didnt do yet and thought it was a good idea. They stole ideas with no intention of hiring.
