Entrevista
The interview was short and sweet. Only 1 interview was needed and it was mainly around my past jobs. The interview was used also to see if I would get along with the team which I believe was the main topic the hiring manager was looking for. The technical manager was away at the time so I didn't have any technical questions.

They gave me a test to write using codility. I finished the test within time. They liked my solution and invited me for interview.
A Director and a Senior Software Engineer took interview. Simple interview. They just discussed my past project experiences, which I did. I was expecting a more rigorous technical interview wherein they will ask Java questions or design pattern questions, etc. But nothing like that.
After discussing my past experiences, they asked me things like how do I keep myself up-to-date with technologies.
Then they told me they have other candidates to interview as well and will let me know in 2 weeks.

Entrevista
Interview process consisted of four stages. First stage was a short telephonic interview to match their requirements to my CV. Second stage was an online tech test (similar to Oracle certification questions but a much shorter duration) at your convenience and from home. Third and forth stages were on the same day at their HQ in Newry and consisted of an HR interview followed by a technical interview.

Pregunta 1
Not certain if it was a genuine issue or simply an HR reaction test (I have experienced those in past interviews through my career), but the onsite HR interviewer asked me to detail my knowledge of their products and the company. I answered by providing detail relating to the tools the company used to develop their products (I had visited their website and read through the whitepaper information they had) and my understanding of the company domain. The HR interviewer pressed me for specific knowledge of the FD software (i.e. what do I know about FD product X) and that it was very concerning, that I didn't possess detailed knowledge.
