Was introduced to the job via an ex colleague who referred me. Interview was smooth as the interviewer wanted me to join them asap. Interviewer was very insistent on wanting me having a significant pay cut and sign on to a three year employment contract where I have to pay 2 months of salary if I got a new job. Introduced the company and mentioned that daily attendance is required. The attendance is to he clocked in via a time card. The time card is similar to those used in retail stores.
