I applied on line through Career Builders on a Saturday. The following Monday I received a phone call for an interview. I was quite surprised to receive a phone call so fast, but very happy. I interviewed with 4 Market Manager at one time. I was not expecting that, I thought I was only interviewing with 1 person. But that did not bother me. The interview went very well, they were very professional and had a lot of great interview questions. After a few days had past, I was set up for a second interview with the Operations Director.
