1st round: HR call for around 10 minutes, basic information and salary expectation.
2nd round: virtual interview with the hiring manager for 30 minutes, mostly behavioural questions and no tech tests.

Very poor, interview lasted 2 minutes because they got on the call, asked me if I would need a visa in the future (I would after 2 years) and then said they didn't want someone who would need a visa. If it is that important, they should clarify these details over email instead of setting up interviews and having people spend time preparing for no reason.
