The interview procedure was very complicated. I cannot remember the details, but on the first day, it was all about my backgroud, testing (written and practice) of my skills plus IQ-Test made with a thid party company. The second day was maily the 1:1 interview with the CEO and the CCO of the Company. I would like to give other applicants the advice to prepare at least a week for an interview with Firestorm Forces LLC. You get paid well, but you have to work with all your knowledge and passion. If they don't see your passion, your knowledge won't help you o get in.
