      Entrevista

I attended a 2 day Open House at a Firestone store location. I filled out a paper application and completed a very easy skills/personality test. Anyone can pass the test. When I was done with the app/test I met with the District Manager. He did most of the talking. The only questions that I can remember him asking were: What do you want to do for a job/career? Would you be willing to work on Saturdays/Sundays? Would you be willing to work overtime if needed? He also asked me to walk him through my resume, which took a couple minutes. Very easy. No stress. Then I waited around for about a week. The DM called me and asked me to come back in to chat with a Store Manager. Again, a very easy/laid back chat and question session. He basically told me about the job/company. Asked me if I had any questions. And that was it. No effort on my part. After the second chat/meeting I waited around for about a week again. No call yet. So I figured I would contact the DM on the phone. I left him a message and said I was still interested and wanted to know if I was still being considered. The DM called me back about 2-3 days later and told me to meet with him to go over an offer. He presented the offer and I accepted. After accepting the offer I had to get a drug test/physical. They also had to run a background check. Took about another week. So, the whole process took about 4 weeks from 1st interview to actually starting to work in a store. It was a very easy/laid back process. If you have a college degree and/or some retail/sales/customer service experience then you should be able to get the job. Good luck!
