The process was lose and timing not respected. Unfortunately, it left me with serious concerns about professionalism and fairness. During the interview, I was asked several questions that appeared unrelated to the actual role and responsibilities. Some of these questions felt inappropriate and gave the impression that gender bias may have influenced the discussion and ultimately the decision.
In addition, no constructive feedback was provided following the interview, despite the time and preparation invested in the process. A transparent and respectful recruitment experience is important, particularly for senior and experienced candidates.
I believe Fireblocks would benefit from reviewing its interview practices to ensure interviews remain relevant to the role, objective, and free from potential discriminatory bias.
