I hand delivered an application for employment to the cashier working the retail window. I followed up with emails and phone calls. I was interviewed by the HR person and the General Manager. The interview was quick and I was given basic information about the company. I was told that everyone had to have a second interview with the company owner. I was interviewed by the owner within 2 days and hired. The atmosphere was very laid back and casual. The owner was dressed in shorts and sandals. The majority of the employees were white and between the ages of 18 and 33. There were a few blacks and asians.
