The scope and vision was very clearly explained by their product head. It helped get a good idea of the business they were doing. The interview process was simple. There were 2 rounds of technical discussions. They were both discussions, rather than the typical interrogative style of interviewing. The interview panel, in both rounds, consisted of two people. They were accommodative and perceptive, which helped me indulge in a decent and well paced discussion on some of the older projects I had worked on. The decision of if I was selected was made in a day, so that was very helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience and was a smooth and un-stressful process for a candidate.
