Applied in Feb they contacted me 3 months later in May. The recruiter was very sassy. initial interview was over the phone. who starts an interview with "Tell me what you know about us" without debriefing on the position and role first. You are a recruiter it is your responsibility to first introduce your company and the position before hammering in expecting candidates to do a full download on your company.

Conducted via Teams for around 20 minutes, and the interviewer was very kind and a good listener. I was able to get a detailed explanation of the role and company, and the questions were within an expected range.

Very lengthy. I had multiple rounds of interviews with the director. First two interviews involved behavioural questions as well a deep discussion of my previous experiences. The interview felt very unfriendly and as if the interviewer wanted to grill you. I did not get good vibes. Afterwards, they sent me an exercise which took 2 hours to complete, based on the day-to-day tasks of the role.
