I applied for a role that required completing a case study after submitting my application. It took quite a while to hear back, but I eventually had a rushed screening interview with a recruiter who quickly moved me along to the CEO. Because of an important event, I had to wait two weeks to meet with the CEO, which I completely understood. However, after completing that interview, I was ghosted with no follow-up or communication. The entire process took about a month and a half, and it’s disappointing to invest that much time and effort without any acknowledgment or closure. Finni Health, please do better.
