An internal employee contacted me on Linkedin and invited me for a video screening call about the role, my experience, and understanding of UX. Went through 3 rounds of interviews with the CEO who asked very technical product management questions that were beyond scope of role. The conversation felt very one-sided and wasn't able to ask questions about the role until the very last interview.
