First, correspondence with HR. Then a behavioral interview for 30 minutes. Simple questions about your experience and why I decided to change my job. These are the questions that require pre-prepared answers.
I didn't like the interview on a subconscious level. The interviewer probably expected that I would bombard him with questions about why this is the number 1 company where I want to work, but the FinMid company has an incomprehensible earnings scheme and I do not understand their product even after explanations.
It also seemed strange that at all stages they note that their founder worked at the N26 bank. What does it matter? This is an attempt to stick to a well-known brand in my opinion.

It was fast, after the initial recruiter call, i got one take home assignment, after i submit that i got a call for one round of live coding interview where the task was simple and i was observed on how i code, as then a culture fit round with the head of engineering, then the offer was given to me on a call as well as in mail.
