The hiting and interview process for the Account Manager position is a 2 - 3 visit interview. First with the District Manager, then with the people you will be working with and then sometimes with the regional manager.

I had many interviews with the district sales manager and we went back and forth on how I would be compensated. I had my own business and I needed a certain pay for me to leave my business and we finally came to an agreement.
