I applied online for a seasonal sales associate position, they didn't have any physical interviews. The main component of the online application is the questionnaire. Once you've passed the questionnaire, the hiring manager will contact you for an interview. Mine was a group interview, with about 5 people. Make sure you're high energy because that's what they're looking for, and sound passionate.

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
