I was in the 2nd round of the interview process. All went well during the interview. I answered almost all the questions asked related to javascript, angular, nodejs, db. After the call was over, I was confident that I would be selected. But the feedback which the interviewer provided to the recruitment team was completely opposite to what happened in the interviewer. The interviewer updated the recruiter that I could not answer anything related to javacript and all and also I lack people management skills. I was shocked after getting this response and replied back to the recruiter but I got no response from their side. So, it depends on the interviewer's mood and honesty for a candidate to get selected or not in this company. I hope the company gets the interviews recorded for future reference and replies back to the candidate if such issues occur and also strict action is being taken against these kinds of interviewers.

Applied through LinkedIn. Cleared all rounds and had good experience but was not offered the position not sure why even though all rounds went well. No proper response why the position was not offered.
