The interview process was casual but messy and riddled with chicanery. The take-home test was an extensive multi-assignment and took days, if not the entire week to complete with quality. After submitting and presenting my work to the team, I was told that I would hear back shortly. Unfortunately, that day never came, and I was totally ghosted. I find this lack of empathy cruel, unprofessional and a shady way to treat candidates who have spent a considerable amount of their free time to understand the product and provided new insight into how to help sell/market/engineer their products.
