Generally a positive experience, asking about experience mainly STAR focused and questions around teamwork, prioritisation, and learning new systems. Second stage required conducting data analysis and presenting based on a task.

Interview process consisted of 3 rounds. One with an internal recruiter, a first stage with 2 members of the team, and a final stage which consisted of a presentation. I felt for the salary (£32k) the task was far too much. It took over 3 days for me to complete and then in addition to presenting this they asked other questions that weren’t related to the presentation. This is not an ‘entry level’ role process. After being told the role was for organic social, and there was even an emphasis on the fact I would be creating content to help raise awareness not generate leads, it was rather surprising to find out I didn’t get the role as the chosen candidate had experience in paid media and performance marketing. Please make this clear for candidates right from the start if this is something that matters to you. This isn’t organic social which is the role I was applying for!
