Applied on LinkedIn, was contacted the next day. They set up 2 phone interviews, then an in-person interview. I never heard back from the company for weeks after the last interview, even though I sent multiple follow up emails. The in-person interview was very formal and scripted. They didn't ask any personal questions to get to know me, it was 100% work performance related. That was my first red flag that it may not have been a good fit anyways.
