Prior to having an interview, there is naturally a phone screen. Phone screens are great if the person posing the questions knows what the are actually asking questions about, however for this one, it seemed as though the person was not all that familiar so with answers I provided, I tried to break them down to ensure my answers were documented correctly. However, i honestly don't believe that my complete answers to questions were actually documented. At the end of the conversation, I was clear about receiving some type of feedback, as ghosting is the new blow-off - disrespectful to say the least. I was promised I would hear back one way or another, I mean I should, we're all adults now right? I never heard a word - that was over a week ago and I was promised I would hear something.
