The interview process was very typical for the first two rounds. A lot of really great conversation around the product, my goals in my career, and the questions were pretty typical for a Saas role. They asked me to learn the product for a 3rd round interview and said it should take around 8 hours, which I didn't mind (but again, 8 hours to learn the product just to get to a place where I could spend the typical 8-10 hours I spend prepping for a 3rd round interview in general). However, the content they provide you to get started is very minimally helpful and after spending 3-4 hours with minimal progress, I realized it was going to take a lot more than the expected 8 hours. I ended up withdrawing from the interview because I was trying to balance 3 other interviews and couldn't be spending multiple 8-hour days prepping for one interview.

The process started with the recruiter. She set a great tone speaking about the company and team. We had a great and natural conversation about the company, solution, and role. I was really excited to make it to the next round! The second round with the manager of one of the teams was HORRIBLE. 10 minutes late and had to drop early for a call after. She had a bad attitude and did not prepare or read my resume prior to our call. She was typing in the background throughout our conversation. She did not try to get to know me by the way she asked and answered questions. Her main goal was to quiz me about her company and when I asked questions she expected me to know them. Interviewing is a 2-way street and both parties should prepare and if additional preparation is required the interviewee should be made aware. I ran after that and did not follow up

Great until the final round. CRO was rude, late, and insulting. I would never recommend working under that person and am grateful I had that experience so I was spared the pain of actually working for them.
