I interviewed here and overall, the experience was really positive. The interview took place in person with an HR representative and a Senior Project Manager. Although I wasn’t selected in the end, they got back to me with thorough and constructive feedback, which I really appreciated. One thing that stood out, though, and not in a great way, was the pre-interview studio tour. A younger team member, clearly disengaged, walked me around with very little effort or enthusiasm. It felt like a missed opportunity to make a good first impression. If I had one suggestion, it would be to reconsider this part of the process or ensure that whoever is guiding candidates through the space actually represents the energy and values of the organisation.
