Pretty standard questions about the role and my salary expectations. I was told I would hear back by my recruiter Brittany in 3 days, it’s been two weeks. Wanted to bring awareness to companies that ghost candidates.

Fifth Third Bank uses a very thorough and consistent process where they seek Situation, Task you performed, Actions, and Results... They are interested in what YOU did and results achieved, so plan your responses accordingly. Expect that they will ask about their core values and community involvement.
