Entrevista
First interview was a phone interview, the second was a face-to-face interview with 2 people. A lot of questions about my past experience, and questions related to the core values of the bank. She was very thorough in explaining what the job entailed, and took her time with me. A week later was called with a job offer.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
