I applied for the position online and the first contact I received was from a Fifth Third recruiter who proceeded to schedule a phone interview with me. That same person conducted my phone interview. I then went on to an in person interview with the Customer Service Manager at the branch. After that, I was asked to come in for a second in person interview with the CSM and the Branch Manager. It was, overall, a pleasant experience. I wasn't asked the "normal" interview questions, but mostly questions about my personal life, customer service experience, and comfort level with sales.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

Entrevista
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.
