One of the worst interviews I have ever seen as a candidate and well as an interviewer. An inexperienced junior guy takes the interview for well-experienced candidates. Unprofessional behavior in asking rubbish questions. For example, questioning your ethics & trying to act over smart. Completely unprofessional conversation which clearly helps you understand that the interviewer doesn't want to hire an experienced person then him. I am happy that I have not fallen into the trap.
Advise to the Management: If you would like to hire highly skilled/experienced candidates, then please have your senior management conduct the interviews for experienced candidates. Or at least train your junior interviewers & advise them to behave professionally during interviews.
