Entrevista
Starts with HackerRank Pre-Screen Test, then another HackerRank Test, then a digital interview using SparkHire, One code pair and finally Skype interview with the Managers.
The pace of the interview process depends on the candidate, however, no feedback is provided to the candidate. Fidessa prefers candidates who love to work in C++.

Code pair round:
Find a pair of numbers in given array whose difference is K.
String compression.
Given 2 lists, find all the elements which are NOT common in both the lists.
Skype round:
Go over the resume and discuss one of the projects that the candidate suggests.
Details of how datastructures used in the implementation of DB.
Coding test then full assessment centre in the Woking office. Full day for the assessment centre but standard form for applying. Overall an enjoyable experience and left me feeling positive about them

Entrevista
Online test via codility followed up by an assessment center. The assessment center was made up of a talk, a panel programming problem, a verbal / collaboration group exercise. There was then a lunch break where we got to meet the team, and finally a coding challenge on PCs followed up by a background check / strength based interview. Lovely team.

Cleared the pre-screen challenge to receive a technical test. Completed it successfully with the most optimal solution with a lot of time to spare. About two weeks later got a mail saying recruitment has been put on hold and that if vacancy is reopened they will contact.
