Applied by emailing resume after seeing job posting. They call a couple weeks later and setup a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was your typical interview with lots of "name a time when..." questions. Be confident with your answers and don't act nervous. That's the most important thing. As long as your answers are related then they will work, but they must be real because they like to ask follow up questions. At the end of the interview she told me I did well enough to come in for a 2nd interview about 3 weeks later. There was about 18 of us in my group and it took 3 hours roughly. They gave a tour of the building (boring) and then did about an hour presentation (very very boring) which included analyzing a phone call. Then about 50 people came in and started calling us out individually. Some were interview by 2 people, some by 3. I was interviewed by 3 guys. They asked a lot of the typical "name a time when..." or "what type of management style best suits you?" or "what types of software programs or systems do you work with on a daily basis" (in order to find out how competent you are switching between multiple programs. Just be confident and be prepared with a lot of specific examples. The interview is the most important part. No need to suck up in the presentation because they don't interview you in the end anyway. Then after the 30-45 min interview, they had us take an 80 question logic test (included logical thinking, deduction, assumption, stuff like that). Didn't seem too hard though some questions were kind of vague. Then you're done. They called back in about a week with an offer.
