Following application I heard back from General Manager about 3 days later to schedule the phone screening interview. The call itself lasted about 40 minutes, most of it was fairly run of the mill, going over my background and experience. The next step is a 90 minute online assessment. I chose not to move forward due to the low salary range, but from there I would have gone in person and met with some members of the sales team, then pitched the brand to the sales team, as a mock presentation and lastly, I would have had a meeting with the sales director.
