The whole interview process was quick (less than 3 weeks), I had 4 interviews in total and presented a case study. However, after finalizing all interviews and getting very positive feedback the recruiter completely ghosted me for more than 3 weeks. When I was able to get a hold of him he said they didn't reply earlier because they were going through internal restructuring and some roles would be deprioritized, however, he reinforced that the role I was applying for was still a priority for the company and they would get back to me in 1 week. 2 weeks later, nobody replied to me sharing an update about the process, so I called the recruiter directly. He then said the role was cut and unfortunately they couldn't proceed with the offer. I never got a formal communication over email. The company seemed very disorganized and confusing. I felt disrespected and disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration, especially after spending hours preparing/performing interviews and case study. 2 months later I saw they reposted the same role again.
