Unrealistic interview for an apprenticeship. Applying was easy. Home exercise was fair. Phone screening was a good experience. The 5.5 hours interview was not good. Highly unrealistic and very different from home exercise. If a candidate is capable of responding to the questions the way FR expects, or have the knowledge FR expects from an apprentice, they wouldn't need an apprenticeship at all. I got to give it to them that they don't give algorithm questions unrelated to the job (like two sum, spiral, fibo, etc). The code challenge was a real example of a actual functionality of the app.

Got to the take home coding challenge. Did not pass, but one thing I appreciated was they provided feedback in what was lacking so I knew what I can improve.
