My first and last session was with the person who would be my manager. I had one session with a pair of engineers focused on OOD and general problem solving. We talked through a solution for a chess game, how the pieces relate to each other, how they're all controlled, and where the state is held. My second engineering session was with a pair of engineers focused on talking through mobile specific issues - flexible UI, data caching, network issues and offline experience planning, and common mobile design patterns for Android (MVVM, event-based architecture).

Precisely as other recent candidates described. They sent an easy, formulaic take home, without any prior discussion with the recruiter. Then they had some inexperienced kid, on his first job out of school interview me on Zoom. He had me add some very minor additional functionality, and then a couple days later, I got a formulaic rejection email, which was not only undeserved, but insulting. Don't bother with these guys. They're just practicing giving interviews. Also their salaries apparently blow.
