I applied online for a position in Luxembourg. The entire process took around 3 months. After my online application, I was contacted 3 weeks later to schedule a Skype interview with the recruiter. The interview lasted 1 hour, most of the questions were focusing on my skills, interests, and there were also some behavioral questions (like tell me about a time when you handled a challenging situation). At the end of the interview I was given a case study to solve and send back in the following 48 hours. After another month, the recruiter contacted me to schedule another interview, this time with the direct manager also. The interview lasted around 1 hour and many of the questions revolved around the experience gained at my previous jobs. I also had to present the case study that I solved previously. After the second interview, the recruiter said she was going to come back to me with their final decision. I received an automatic rejection email 3 weeks after my second interview.
