entretien téléphonique rh, entretien avec rh et manager avec un business case, entretien avec rh et country manager. Avec a chaque fois des questions sur mon parcours et ma personnalité.
First step: brief call with internal HR for motivations and general job description
Second step: group interview with external HR company (case studies, group activities)
Third step: individual interview with external HR company (personal questions about previos experience and studies)
Fourth step: individual interview with hiring manager

The job discription of the position that was advertised was actually the one of your superior if you got the position(found that out on the interview). I was obviously overqualified

Il processo è stato spaventosamente lungo (5 mesi) con interminabili attese tra un colloquio e l'altro (circa 45 giorni tra gli step principali) nonostante le sollecitazioni verso gli HR per ricevere un feedback.
Il feedback finale, se si può considerare tale, sono state 3 righe standard scritte via mail senza dare effettive spiegazioni sulla decisione.

Alla mia risposta alla domanda "Perché Ferrero" il line manager ha risposto che si aspettava avessi scelto l'azienda perché "magri vai pazzo per la cioccolata e ti mangi un sacco di Nutella".
La banalità di tale affermazione mi ha lasciato disarmato.
