Phone interview. The hiring manager was pleasant and friendly. I was actually sick with a sinus infection when she called so was doing the best I that I could. She basically asked about the last job I worked in customer service and a call center job that I had worked.

I applied online and it took over a month for a call for the first interview. I was called 2 weeks later for a second interview and then they called two days later with a job offer.
