I met the recruiters at a career fair and followed up with them. I then was invited to do a pre-recorded video interview and a phone interview. After those, there was an interview in person at the office.

After the phone interviews, there was virtual interviews with multiple managers. All of the managers were great, and the interviews were no problem. I received an offer after about 6 weeks.
