I can only speak for the initial phone conversation with the manager. They asked quite a lot of illegal/red flag questions, like where I was born, where I live, and what languages I spoke. Nonetheless, it was a good learning experience, since I now know how to approach such questions in the future.
It was pretty simple. You apply online and they call you in store for the interview. The callback time for me was pretty short like a week or 2. They ask simple interview questions.

They as questions about your work ethic and as well what you can bring to the table if given the job. It probably took around 18 minutes max, for the interview. The tension was not bad, it felt as having a normal conversation with a person.
