The entire interview process was quick and concise. HR and recruitment was extremely knowledgable about the history and requirements for the role I was applying for. My first round was a phone conversation with their recruiter, which quickly turned into a 2nd round the next morning with 6 employees. I truly felt like every single person loved their job and was happy to be there and happy to be sharing their experience and what they think this position entailed. The transparency was unlike anything I have experience in an interview and I am thankful for that. I was told exactly what would be expected of me and I left feeling confident that I knew all the necessary pieces I needed to know. It feels like a family at Fender which is a testament to their interview and hiring process. It was a truly enjoyable experience!
