I was interviewed by 2 individuals simultaneously. They started by asking an open ended question allowing me to summarize myself. Most of the interview was questions for them to gauge my knowledge of things that pertain to the job. They were specific questions that you really have no way of answering unless you actually know the information. You ought to have extensive technical knowledge of musical instruments if you plan to apply for this job.
