Extraordinarily unprofessional and frustrating. I was referred by the previous person in this role who was transitioning to a position at a new company. My first two conversations with the COO were casual and enjoyable amd we decided to move forward with my candidacy. Next came a short interview with the head of HR who moved me forward to a conversation with a peer interviewer. Up to this point the interview process was efficient and communication was timely. After this interview however, the communication suddenly broke down. After the peer interview, 5 days passed without hearing anything so I followed up with the head of HR. After 3 more days of silence I followed up again. 3 days later I received a response from the head of HR that I would receive a status update by end of day. 9 more days of silence and I decided to follow up again. 6 more days passed before I received a response stating that I would have an update within the week. That was 25 days ago. At this point I have been promised an update "soon" for the past 45 days. Based on this experience I would not recommend working with this company and am frankly glad I wasnt offered the role.
