After Aptitude test no result was declared and directly everyone got selected for screening interview. In this round they will check your attitude,communication skill etc
If they want then you will face one more round with floor manager and after that Hr will explain you about the salary and policies. Over all experience was average.

Entrevista
2-3 round, 1st round HR basic questions, 2 and 3rd round from Manager or TL. The difficulty of interview depends on several factors such as person taking interviews are different having different mindset, knowledge, expectations etc
Another factor is urgency of vacancy and supply / Competitions/availability of candidates.
