A recruiter reached out to me and, after speaking with her, had an interview within two days. Before the interview, I had to write an article on a given topic so that the quality of my writing could be assessed. During the interview, the Program Manger explained the position and gave me feedback on my article and asked questions about my relevant experience. I was given the opportunity to revise my article before it was submitted to the customer we'd be contracting for. Toward the end of the interview, the recruiter asked me questions about employment eligibility and which aspects of the job I was most and least excited about.
