Phone interview with recruiter, easygoing and friendly. In person interview with District Manager consisted of more detailed questions about job history and approach to certain situations. Final interview with Managing Director was more questions about job history but shorter in terms of length of time.

Entrevista
It was very easygoing. They were pretty open about the responsibilities of being a manager, the type of people I would be managing and the atmosphere they were wanting to create. Overall it was easygoing and nice people.

Entrevista
Simple straightforward with different management levels. The process is also very quick. It is the same process as most employers would be. There is a focus on also telling the applicant about the company and the culture.
