2 interviews: one with a manger panel, second with the district manager and the HR generalist. One thing the panel always wants to hear is that you will help bring up moral and enforce a positive work environment. Also let them know how well you can multitask. Make sure you have plenty examples of good and bad scenarios.

Little too fast, 15 minutes after applying online I received first of 3 interview and received the job very quickly. It raised a lot of red flags but seems to be good so far if you just need a job.
