The interview was very behavioral, show times where you worked well with a team or show your strengths/weaknesses. If you can handle an array of situations and show that with your answers, you're a step in the right direction.

Explain a time where you had to deal with an upset customer and how you handled it.
Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
