After applying on company’s website, Hiring process starts with HR going over steps that are required like background check, drug test, then a face to face interview with operations manager, about two weeks later they will call you for your start date. Whole process takes around three in a half weeks.
You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
