It's a multi-step process, starting with an initial screening interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview focused on behavioral questions, and then interviews with higher ups. It took some time to be contacted after the initial application but then the process moved fairly quickly.

Behavioral questions focused on difficult situations (challenging a boss, et).
2 rounds of interviews, both virtual, first one was a pre recorded question and answer. Invited to 3rd round, rescheduled 3rd interview day after scheduling citing internal issues. Told i didnt get position one week later. Very unprofessional.

Entrevista
Recruiter screen was step one - that interview was set for 30 minutes. Hiring manager was step two, followed by hiring manager's supervisor, followed by a panel of three of the hiring manager's peers.
