The first step is with screener, that weeds out applicants. Then you have 1st panel and one last panel before they offer you the job. Extend an offer letter with salary
Must have at least 5 customer stories in a STAR method. Just make sure to go in details of the STAR. Have numbers and success stories ready to go. I would practice multiple times before you interview.
Panel team style and uses Star method. Hiring manager and other stake holders are part of the panel. Each ask behavioral questions of past experience at previous employers. They are looking for fit based on responses.
