Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Denver, CO) en nov 2015
Entrevista
DAY 1
-A tour is given in which you realize the job is mindless as all hell.
-You confirm your interest in the job.
DAY 2
-A manager calls and asks you if you believe yourself to be physically capable of the job (say yes) and asks if your are prone to violent outbursts (say no)
-You are sent a link to a background check that requires you to fill out a web form
DAY 4
-The background check company says they are unable to confirm your identity without a photo of your social security card or driver's license.
-Email a photo of your ID.
DAY 6
-You are congratulated for not committing a felony in the last 10 years and are asked to come in the next day for 4 hours of HR paperwork and training videos.
DAY 7
-Enjoy the 4 hours of HR paperwork (bring social security card) and training videos (you will NOT be asked to prove you were paying attention, NO test)
DAY 8
-Put boxes on a conveyor belt for 3 hours at a time for the next 6 weeks.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
